My name is Ruth MacKay and I am a mother of three living in Suffolk in East Anglia - the beautiful east coast of England. I came upon the idea of starting English Ancestry Search when I realized that, with a passion for family history which goes back 30 years, combined with my secretarial skills, I could offer a unique and individual family history research service.
If you have spent any time looking for someone to trace your family tree you will have seen that research services offer so many alternative packages and optional extras that it can be very confusing.

With this in mind I designed a package which does exactly that. English Ancestry Search offers a simple straightforward package that will answer these three basic questions about your ancestors and which is nicely presented such that it would be a perfect unusual gift for a birthday, anniversary, retirement or Christmas.
Tracing your family tree can be a daunting task and English Ancestry Search is specifically designed to either start you off on a journey of discovery which may lead to an absorbing hobby, or just for the curious who would like to know who their forebears are.
